David Seitzer

For over 20 years, David has been working with families dealing with the Longevity Care Journey. As a former Accredited Service Officer with the Dept. of Veteran Affairs, his not for profit organization, Project Veteran Aid helped over 5500 veterans and their widows claim the their benefits to meet their specific care costs. Project Medicaid, a sister organization worked with families to apply for the Medicaid program when loved ones reached the end of their financial resources.

Upstate Senior Placement was created to complement the services of the

Discover Forever Funding program by assisting families with funding their care through the balance of their life. Our goal is to make every effort to avoid the Medicaid spend down so that we can protect the dignity of your loved one and provide care in a community of your choosing.
